Mandalay Bay Convention Center Walking Direction
FROM MANDALAY BAY FRONT DESK
- Walk past guest elevators to the casino floor and follow pathway on left-hand side. Continue straight on cobblestone walkway and proceed along pathway that oversees the beach. Continue past Border Grill and the Wedding Chapel to reach the entrance of the Convention Center. Proceed to the Level 2: South Convention Center.
FROM MANDALAY BAY PARKING GARAGE
- Enter the doorways from the garage area and proceed on cobblestone walkway. Follow pathway as it veers to the right. Continue straight on cobblestone walkway and proceed along pathway that oversees the beach. Continue past Border Grill and the Wedding Chapel to reach the entrance of the Convention Center. Proceed to the Level 2: South Convention Center.
FROM THE DELANO FRONT DESK
- Delano Las Vegas is located In the same property as Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino complex and is adjacent to the Casino Floor. It is approximately a 10 minute walk to the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.
- Exit Delano Las Vegas’ main entrance and enter through the Mandalay Bay Casino entrance.
Will there be WIFI access in the meeting space?
Yes, the OASIS attendees will all have access to conference internet. This is different from the hotel WIFI available in all guest rooms. Network access information below.

What is the conference attire?
Attire is business casual (please no jeans). We suggest packing comfortable shoes, because it’s Vegas baby!
Can the hotel accommodate any additional nights outside of the conference dates?
At this time, the property cannot accommodate any additional nights.
How are ground transfers and meals covered throughout the conference?
For advisors, ground transfers and meals outside of the conference agenda will be a personal expense.
For home office, Uber/Lyft to and from the airport will be covered by Sanctuary. Meals outside of the conference agenda will be a personal expense.
If I am bringing a spouse or guest, what events of the conference can they attend?
Guests can attend the cocktail hour and awards dinner on Tuesday night.
